I am listening to an amazing song right now and just thought I'd write a li'l tidbit on music in general. Listening to some of my favorite artists today allowed me to see just how much one song, one beat, one note....can change my whole mood, even my whole outlook on a situation. It's remarkable. The arts are such powerful outlets...each giving breath and depth to the other. I know that if it weren't for music, most of my art pieces wouldn't exsist. There is such inspiration in one lyric. MUSIC IS SO VITAL to life as we know it. It carries the day along. I know that I wish I had the score of a movie consistently playing throughout my daily life-it would be brilliant. So, to end this little rant, I have come to the conclusion that music is a visual art-it brings movement, and texture, and color to everything-and I love it.
